About Zhangzhou Huahao Metal Composite Materials
Huahao is a clad metal manufacturer in Zhao'an County, Zhangzhou, Fujian. The plant runs six automated multi-layer composite lines and two automated etching lines, and supplies three-ply, five-ply and copper-core material to cookware factories.
The plant
The company was established in 2016 in the Zhao'an industrial area of Zhangzhou, Fujian, and started with equipment and process technology introduced from Korea. The site covers about 35,000 square metres and runs six automated multi-layer composite lines with a stated annual capacity of 50,000 tonnes, plus two automated etching lines for patterned surfaces.
The lines are approved by the environmental authority and operate under a pollutant discharge permit. That is a detail worth checking with any clad supplier, because the process involves rolling, heat treatment and, for etched products, chemical surface work.
What the plant makes
- Three-ply: SUS304 or SUS316L on the cooking face, AL1050 aluminium core, SUS430 magnetic back.
- Five-ply: SUS304 / AL1050 / AL3003 / AL1050 / SUS430, with an alloy aluminium centre.
- Copper core: SUS304 / AL1050 / copper, for premium ranges.
- Surfaces: plain sheet, embossed sheet, etched sheet.
- Forms: round discs, single-ear and double-ear blanks, square blanks and sheet.
The material goes into woks, hot pots, soup pots, milk pots, pressure cookers and rice cooker inner pots, which is the application range the plant was built around.
Certification and testing
The company was certified by SGS, a European certification body, in 2016, and passed ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification in 2020. Material test documentation on file covers ROHS for 304, 430, 439, 1050 and 3003, REACH for 430, 439, 1050 and 3003, and food-contact testing for 304, 430, 439 and 3003.

Where the buyers are
Sales offices sit in three cookware manufacturing clusters: Caitang in Chaozhou, Foshan in Guangdong, and Yongkang in Zhejiang. Those offices exist because cookware buyers want a supplier who can visit the factory, look at a failed pressing and answer in person, not only by email.
