The site

The plant sits in Zhao'an County, Zhangzhou, Fujian, on a site of about 35,000 m². The photograph below is the entrance, which is where a visiting buyer or a third-party inspector arrives.

Wrapped clad metal coils stored on pallets

Coil storage

Clad coils arrive wrapped and are stored on pallets before cutting. Keeping them dry and off the floor is the whole game at this stage: moisture between layers is what produces edge corrosion that only shows up after a container crossing.

Composite production hall with process lines

The composite hall

Six automated multi-layer composite lines run in this hall, covering bonding, rolling, heat treatment and leveling. The line assignment for a given structure is fixed at the process-planning stage, not chosen on the day of production.

Wet surface treatment line inside the plant

Surface treatment and etching

Two automated lines handle surface work: the wet process line for etched patterns and the finishing line for the surfaces that leave the plant plain. Etched patterns are produced here rather than bought in, which is why a pattern change does not require a new die.

Etched clad disc with a patterned cooking face

The pattern as it leaves the line

A finished etched disc: the border and the field are cut in one pass through a mask, so the transition between them stays sharp across the run rather than drifting as a die wears.

Material as supplied

Discs, square blanks and cut sheet, packed for the press rather than for a showroom. Every pallet carries the batch reference that ties it back to the coil and to the inspection record.

Questions

Common questions

Can we visit the plant?

Yes. Buyers and third-party inspectors are received at the Zhao'an site. Send the dates and the scope you want to cover, and the visit is arranged around the lines that are running that week.

Can you send photographs of our order during production?

Yes. Photographs of the cut blanks and the packing are sent before despatch on request, which is usually cheaper than a failed inspection at destination.

Are the photographs on this page of your own plant?

Yes. Every photograph on this page was taken at the Zhao'an site, except where a page credits a stock image for illustration, as noted on the image credits page.

Send a material structure, get a technical answer

Layer grades, thickness, disc diameter and quantity are enough to start. If you only have a drawing or a reference sample, send that instead and we review feasibility from it.
