Clad sheets and plates
Bonded sheet supplied cut to a size you can store and blank yourself, for factories that already run a press and want the yield in their own yard. Huahao is a clad sheet and plate manufacturer and supplier: a Fujian factory rolling stainless steel and aluminium composite sheet for cookware factories, supplying bulk and wholesale quantities in cut sizes or full sheet.

Sheet is not a disc with corners left on
Buying sheet moves three decisions from the supplier to you: the cut, the nesting and the flatness after cutting. In exchange, the blanking web stays in your yard and can be sold, reused or nested into a smaller product. That trade only pays when you already have a press and someone to run it; otherwise the discs route is cheaper at the same thickness.
Flatness is measured differently on sheet
Sheet has material around it holding it flat, so a sheet that measures flat can still release stress when cut. Specify flatness on the sheet as delivered, and separately state what you expect on the blanks you cut. A supplier who only quotes flatness on the coil is telling you where their measurement stops, not where your problem starts.
Which thickness for which part
The structure is chosen from the cooking requirement: a cooking face that can take abrasion, a core that spreads heat, and for induction a magnetic face. Thickness follows the pan: a light frying pan and a pressure cooker base are not the same material, and moving thickness between layers changes heat response as much as cost.
Surface on sheet
Plain sheet is the default because most factories polish the cooking face themselves. Embossed and etched faces are supplied when the pan is sold unpolished, and the pattern is agreed on a sample before the run because die wear and mask life both change the look across a long order.
Storage after delivery
Clad sheet stores badly if water gets between the sheets: edge corrosion that only appears months later. Keep bundles off the floor, dry, and open them when you are ready to cut rather than at goods-in. If storage is a problem in your plant, discs remove it entirely.
Questions
Common questions
What is the largest sheet you supply?
Sheet size is limited by the line and by the thickness of the structure. Send the size you need and the structure, and the cutting route is confirmed with the quotation rather than assumed.
Can I get sheet cut to a size instead of blanked?
Yes. Cut sheet is a middle route between full sheet and finished discs: the supplier shears to your rectangle and you blank the shape.
How is flatness specified on sheet?
As a deviation in millimetres over a stated length, on the sheet as delivered. It should be separate from the flatness you require on blanks cut in your own plant.
Do you supply plate as well as thin sheet?
Plate in the cookware sense means a thick clad section rather than a mill plate. Send the total thickness and the application, and the structure is confirmed against the line.
Is sheet cheaper than discs?
Per kilo, normally yes, because blanking scrap is not in the price. Once your own blanking cost and offcut value are counted, the two routes often land close.
