What happens after you send it
The enquiry is logged with its source page and a reference number. A technical review follows: which structure is feasible, which fields are still open, and what has to be tested before a bulk order. The quotation then states the structure, the tolerance, the documents and the lead time for that specific material.
If the enquiry cannot be answered from what was sent, the reply asks for the missing field rather than quoting a generic structure. A quote against the wrong structure wastes both sides' time.
If you only have a drawing or a sample
Upload it and skip the technical fields. A dimensioned drawing is the most useful single file, because it carries the tolerance, the draw depth and the edge requirement. A photograph of an existing disc with its measured thickness is the next best thing.
